Welcome to St. John’s Primary School in Mitcham.
I have been the Principal at St John's for four years and have the privilege of working with a dedicated staff and a welcoming community. With a vision of leading the future of learning, I believe in working together with families, to educate the whole child emotionally, academically, socially and spiritually. I have overseen a building project to renovate and upgrade our gardens, playgrounds and learning spaces, supporting contemporary learning programs.
Our small class-sizes allow for personalised teaching and strong engagement in the learning, for all of our students. As a caring and connected community, we nurture student confidence and a strong sense of belonging. We foster a spirit of welcome for all of our parents, staff and students, creating a vibrant and supportive community, living the Gospel values of peace, hope, faith and love.
