Digital Excursion to MoAD

Grade 5/6 Digital Excursion – Our House, Our Voice

On Wednesday 16th October, our Grade 5/6 students took part in an exciting digital excursion with the Museum of Australian Democracy (MoAD), titled Our House, Our Voice.

During the session, a live host guided us through the traditions of Parliament, the principles of democracy, and the importance of having a voice in shaping our community. Students learned how young people can become changemakers, exploring how their ideas, actions, and teamwork can make a difference in society.

It was an interactive and thought-provoking experience that deepened students’ understanding of how Australia’s democratic system works — and how their voices matter in creating a fair and inclusive future.
