Grade 5/6 Winter Sports Gala Day

On Monday 23rd June, Grade 5 and 6 participated in their annual Winter Sports Gala Day. It was a lot of fun and thankfully we had plenty of sunshine to spur us on.

We had three netball teams competing at Vermont Sportslink. Two girls teams and one mixed. Two of the teams made it to the semi-finals but unfortunately missed out on the finals. We are all very proud of how hard they all worked and the teamwork they all showed.

Our boys soccer team also had a successful day at Terrara Park. They made it through to the semi-finals but missed out on the finals by one point. It was a tough match but our team worked brilliantly together and everyone played their positions to best of their ability.
